If you are an empathetic, nurturing person who loves working with kids, become a Youth Care Facilitator at KidsTLC.Major DutiesProvide high quality therapeutic care for children, ranging in age from 6-18 years of age, within the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility.Provide life skills instruction, coping and team building skills for each child.Encourage physical, emotional and behavioral growth and development for youth.Maintain the safety and security of the children in care and attend to their needs in a nurturing way.Provides complete documentation as required.Be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, leadership is valued and diversity is respected.Shifts, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm. 1 day each weekend availability is preferred.To be considered for this position, you will need:Minimum:High School diploma or equivalent21 years of age with valid drivers
