NEW STARTING PAY $21.00FT/PT $3.00 pay differential ($24/hr.) from Friday 5pm - Sunday 10pm!! The Autism/IDD Unit Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing individualized behavior support programming, collecting data, graphing client progress, and maintaining the safety and security of children residing on the Autism/IDD unit. Autism/IDD Unit RBTs will participate in weekly and/or monthly program trainings and meetings regarding individualized child programming, ASD specific instructional techniques, and all staff program meetings. All responsibilities and job functions will be conducted under the supervision of the Autism/IDD Unit Behavior Analyst. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are normal for this position.
