PURPOSE OFPOSITION KidsTLC provides children with a continuum of care through innovative and successful programs including a psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF), community outreach services, outpatient behavioral health, and autism programs. The Medical Director/CMO is responsible for ensuring the administration of quality patient care through the management of well-organized medical services and through the development, implementation and evaluation of polices, programs and services. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESThe following services are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. A. Provide medical oversight of all psychiatric and medical services furnished by KidsTLC or at KidsTLC facilities; B. Provide collaborative leadership in the area of strategic planning, strategy execution and implementation of medical programs. C. Attend KidsTLC Executive and Leadership Team meetings and medical staff meetings as appropriate; D. Evaluate patient, family, guardian and stakeholder complaints; E. Advise/Consult regularly with KidsTLC
