KidsPeace is Hiring a SENIOR MANAGER OF PA RESIDENTIAL Near Orefield, PA

The Senior Manager of PA Residential Programs is responsible for overseeing and monitoring residential operations at assigned Residential Campus locations. This includes upholding all Environment of Care standards, Regulatory standards, and program safety. This individual will work directly with all senior leaders to ensure that building maintenance, building safety, and environmental concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively. Asset coordination and procurement will be a significant aspect of this role. This individual will assist with oversight of special grant funded projects for the residential campuses. Instructing, coaching and mentoring will include all aspects of the environment of care, safety and security, program improvement and reporting
