The Family Resource Specialist is responsible for recruiting, screening, training, and retention of foster families, so that there are adequate foster family resources available for children being referred to the FCCP program.

Competencies:
Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in a human services related environment required.
Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred.
Valid driver's license and First Aid/CPR certifications required.
Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
Must be 21 years of age.
