Detailed Description of Job Duties:

• Greet and welcome patients and parents
• Efficiently maintain and fill office appointment schedules
• Out patient surgery center co-ordinator
• Assist in filling forms and updating patient records
• Insurance verification and collecting payments
• Generating claims and payment entries
• Perform general office duties such as answering multi phone lines, photocopying, scanning, filing, and faxing

Requirements & Qualifications for the Position:

• Diploma required
• 1 year experience in a dental office required
• Experience in Dentrix or other dental practice management software
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Excellent computer and typing skills

Other Skills and/or Abilities:

• Reliable team player
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
