Reach Behavioral Health is looking for a full-time Care Coordinator for our Little Rock clinic, located on Rodney Parham!

About us: Reach Behavioral Health is a sister-company to Kidsource Therapy and operates as the mental health program under the large umbrella of comprehensive therapies available through Kidsource. Reach provides professional counseling to children, teens, adults, and families in our Benton and Little Rock clinic locations. We also offer telehealth for virtual counseling sessions to conveniently meet the needs of Arkansans across the state using our secure platform. Our mission is to equip and empower with integrity.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work in our Benton clinic if needed for trainings, staff meetings, and possibly on occasion for office duty coverage (if needed). All initial training will be providing in our Benton clinic located at 17680 I-30 N. Suite 1. Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.

Primary duties include but may not be limited to:

• Insurance billing and claims resolutions
• Invoicing clients and collections
• Posting, tracking, and reconciling payments
• Credentialing providers with insurance panels
• Assisting with the coordination of care for clients (scheduling, answering phones, verifying insurance benefits, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Required skills/experience/traits: Qualified candidates will possess and consistently demonstrate...

• Excellent data entry, typing (accuracy and speed), and computer skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Professionalism in all communication (oral and written), customer service skills, conduct, and personal presentation
• The ability to research, collect data, and troubleshoot
• The ability to organize work projects by prioritizing tasks
• An eagerness to efficiently meet productivity goals/complete projects
• A self-starter, independent work style
• A solution-oriented approach to projects and business growth hurdles
• Strong character including integrity in work ethic, honesty, trustworthiness, and moral courage to do what is right
• Dependable transportation

Preferred skills/experience:

• Knowledge of patient privacy rights, practices, and policies (HIPAA) is highly preferred
• Experience working in a medical office, banking, and/or accounting clerical duties is preferred
• Experience working in counseling/mental health clinic is preferred
• Experience using an Electronic Medical/Health Records (EMR/EHS) program is preferred
• Please Note: Medical coding skills or certifications are NOT required for this position. On the job training is available for the right candidate!
