Responsibilities:

- Call existing and potential clients for the purpose of setting an appointment for the in-person sales representative.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and target potential customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow through.
- Upsell products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with team to ensure successful scheduling of appointments
- Analyze, organize and map route for sales rep presentations - Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
- Strong ability to upsell products and services
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in outbound calling and customer service
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
