Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare staff person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, preschool, infant care, nannying, and working with students. If you have a passion for educating and nurturing children, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care to children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare setting
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children under your supervision
- Manage classroom activities and promote positive behavior management techniques
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or related field
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Knowledge of first aid procedures for children
- Ability to care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
