Kids SmART, Inc runs before/after school and summer camp childcare education enrichment programs at Elementary Schools in the Jefferson County and West Denver Public School Districts. We are now hiring Program Leaders to join our team and help the children grow and thrive in our fun and friendly childcare environment.

Job duties:

• Actively supervise children ages 3-12 yrs old.
• maintain safe and nurturing education environment under the direct supervision of Program Director.
• Facilitate activities with children in childcare like setting. Go on field trips with children during summer camp.
• Help kids with homework and enhance their education growth during after school hours.
• Assist Director with administrative duties, as directed.
• Develop relationships with families and community.

Hours/Locations: Kids SmART Childcare Programs are located throughout West Denver/North Lakewood areas. Specific locations we are hiring Program supports for are

• Golden (58th/MacKintyre)
• Lakewood (Colfax/Kipling)
• Lakewood (Alameda/Wadsworth)

10-30 hours per week, all Monday thru Friday, depends on availability and flexibility.

• After School hours: 2:30p-5:00p Monday thru Thursday
• Summer camp hours are more flexible and based on availability (must be available Mon-Thurs)

Program Aid Requirements:

• 16 years of age or older; 18yr preferred
• Some documented hours working with Children, does not have to be in childcare or education setting.
• Or have post high school education in human services or childcare emphasis
• Reliable transportation
• Spanish speaking a plus, please note when applying

Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
