Classroom Teacher Wanted!

We are looking for gentle, understanding, and patient team players to support the lead teachers at our learning academy. At Kids ‘R’ Kids, we “hug first, then teach” because we believe that a child’s emotional well-being is just as important as academic learning. Our team is growing rapidly, and the perfect candidate for this role will be able to follow the lead of the classroom teacher, work well with a team, and aid in the success and growth of our students.

We have teaching opportunities available in our Infant classroom caring for our youngest students. We are looking for someone with a kind gentle spirit and impeccable work ethic to become a consistent part of our little ones day.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a classroom setting with infants 6 weeks to 18 months old.
- Strong classroom management skills and experience in lesson planning
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Experience with curriculum development and implementing educational programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and staff members
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
- Familiarity with special education and behavior management techniques is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
