Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Teacher to join our warm and loving daycare program. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach important milestones. Responsibilities

• Create an engaging and inclusive child care that sparks curiosity and supports children's exploration and discovery.
• Teachers implement age-appropriate lesson plans for daycare.
• Foster a positive daycare atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves.
• Plan and facilitate stimulating activities, including arts and crafts, music and movement, storytelling, and outdoor play in a child care setting.
• Assess children's progress, document observations, and maintain accurate records to communicate with our daycare parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive and enriching daycare.
• Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through open and respectful communication, parent-teacher conferences, and involvement in daycare events.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and implementing appropriate procedures of the daycare.
• First aid and CPR certifications are required, showcasing your commitment to maintaining a safe and secure child care. We help with obtaining and renewal of your certifications.
