Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young students and possess a strong background in classroom management, lesson planning, and literacy education.

Duties:

- Create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Provide individualized support to students to enhance their learning experience
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational programs and initiatives
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed

Experience:

- Prefer previous experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage students
- Certification in childcare or education is preferred
- Passion for inspiring and empowering young minds to learn and grow

Qualifications:

- Completed DCF 40 required training

- Pass a level 2 Background screening

- Willingness to complete mandatory annual in-service hours

- Willingness to complete additional training both required or made available

-Love for children and a desire to see them grow in all aspects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
