Kids of Creation, a ministry of Wesley Methodist Church in Springfield, MO, is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team! We have an opportunity in our 2/3's age group M-F 12:00pm-5:30pm.
Our Teachers...
· Are caring, compassionate and love what they do!
· Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and KOC policies
· Communicate directly with parents to achieve success for the child.
· Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
· Are rewarded with hugs from children and praise from parents every day!
We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our care as we are. We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:
· Previous experience working in a childcare facility
· Experience implementing curriculum and classroom management
· Commitment to personal and spiritual growth
· Considers this position a ministry, not just a job
