Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. Work at a top-rated ABA provider managed by a clinical leadership team of BCBAs! Our mission is to provide personalized autism services to each and every patient.
Our BCBAs directly contribute to our mission by overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming to their patients. KIDS N HEART provides support understanding and guidance so our clinicians could do what they do best! As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavioral therapy interventions to address challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide patient care with a focus on behavioral health and positive reinforcement techniques
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with medical records and documentation
- Background in special education or related field is a plus
