Kids Learning Path is Hiring a Childcare Provider Near Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive interactions
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in babysitting, childcare, or preschool setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to manage behavior effectively and promote positive discipline techniques
- Familiarity with infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred

We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with flexible hours.
