Kids Health First is Hiring a Patient Services Representative Near Marietta, GA
Busy pediatric practice in Marietta is looking for a full-time Patient Services Representative to join our team. This person will handle clerical tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments. We offer a full benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance options, paid time off, and paid holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Great customer service
- Clear communication skills, listening skills, attentiveness
- Answer phones using proper telephone etiquette
- Register new patients and update existing patient demographics
- Schedule appointments
- Collect payments
- Protect patient confidentiality
- Be a team player
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, busy office is preferred
- Ability to tolerate moderate noise
- Must be computer literate
- Must be a high school graduate and be professional in appearance and demeanor
- Must be a United States citizen and be proficient in spoken and written English with the ability to
listen well
- Bilingual/ Spanish is preferred
- Prior medical office experience preferred
- Ability to work 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Kids Health First is an Association of 38 Pediatric Practices located in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. Initial candidate screenings are conducted by our recruiter. All interviews and final decisions are made by the pediatric practices, based on their current individual needs and hiring processes. Salary and benefits are determined by the individual practices.
