Duties:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities for children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing individualized attention and support as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each child.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Follow all licensing regulations and adhere to the center's policies and procedures.

Experience:

- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
