We are currently looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales/Customer Support Specialist to assist a trucking company in the Southaven area.- Source new opportunities through identifying leads and searching for business within current customer base- Qualify and vet opportunities and build relational equity with customers - Present benefits of services and close opportunities to achieve quotas- Maintain pipelines and properly service customers - Work within Salesforce as CRM platform- MUST be fluent in English/Spanish (writing, reading, and speaking)
