Kids Above All is seeking Youth Care Workers for our group homes in Downers Grove, Lisle, and Naperville. This is a full-time position with full benefits offered. You could be placed at either home, you will be assigned a group home.
Job Summary: As a Youth Care Worker you will provide for the physical and emotional needs of adolescent residents (ages 12-18) in a group home setting. Youth Care Workers will also be working with the Group Home Team to ensure the safety and appropriate supervision of residents.

The full-time shifts are 7 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM. Schedules vary and the times rotate, to give everyone a work balance life.
Must have flexibility on weekends and holidays.

Bachelor degree salary range: $20.00-$22.00
