Responsibilities

• Manage all staff members, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Create staff schedules and identify areas for improvement and retraining as necessary.
• Manage dining product inventories and make projections about future sales trends.
• Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Dining Services Manager on menu development and maintain the POS System.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal, state, local laws and ordinances.
• Deliver a high level of service and ensure all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
• Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Must uphold SERV Safe guidelines and maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.
