Job Summary:
We are seeking a Camp Director to oversee the planning and execution of our summer camp programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and experience working with students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement camp curriculum and activities
- Recruit, train, and supervise camp staff
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding camp logistics and updates
- Manage camp budget and expenses
- Evaluate camp programs for effectiveness and make improvements as needed
Skills:
- Education administration experience
- Higher education teaching background
- Ability to educate and engage students effectively
- Experience working with students in a camp or educational setting
