Come join our incredible KidneySPA team, leading the full operational function of our dialysis center as our Facility Administrator!

The overarching goal of the Facility Administrator (FA) is to ensure the safe and efficient operations of the KidneySPA Dialysis Center located in Atlanta, GA. This is a professional nursing management position requiring advanced clinical skills in nephrology nursing to operate, manage, and supervise a freestanding End-Stage Renal Disease Dialysis Unit. 

The FA is responsible for all aspects of the center’s operation including the overall planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating of the nursing services and educational program in the Dialysis Unit. The FA ensures the safety of patients and employees, oversees patient care, manages employees, determines and fills the staffing needs of the facility, and maintains the center in compliance with all applicable local, state, and Federal laws and healthcare requirements. The FA is a leader, a problem solver, and prioritizes patient care through operational excellence.

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred from an accredited school of nursing; Registered Nurse license by the state in which the dialysis facility is located. 
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare management experience required, previous experience in a dialysis-related clinic is highly preferred.
  • Current CPR certification
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Demonstrated administrative ability to provide leadership;
  • Ability to supervise dialysis personnel and ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients;
  • Knowledgeable in operation of all central and chairside equipment and capable of implementing emergency procedures as necessary.
