- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing issues
- Stay updated on changes in medical coding guidelines and regulations
