Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate activities, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring the well-being of each child. Responsibilities: - Create a safe and stimulating environment for children - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum - Provide supervision and ensure the safety of all children - Foster positive relationships with children and their families - Monitor and document children's progress, behaviors, and needs - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility - Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a cohesive team environment - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns - Administer basic first aid when necessary Requirements: - Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Strong classroom management skills - Ability to provide age-appropriate care for infants, toddlers, and young children - Understanding of childhood development milestones - CPR and First Aid certification preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written At our daycare center, we offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
