Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sorter to join our team. As a Sorter, you will be responsible for accurately sorting and categorizing various items based on specific criteria. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Sort and categorize items based on specific criteria
- Ensure accuracy in sorting clothing, toys, shoes, and other baby equipment and maintain high quality standards
- Organize sorted items in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area as well as the store
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail is necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of POS systems
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required

-Ability to stand for extended periods of time

-Ability to reach above head, climb step stools, and lift up to 50 lbs.

-Excellent eyesight is necessary for this job

-Experience working with children or having children is a bonus

Preferred Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Retail sales experience
- Knowledge of retail math principles
- Bilingual proficiency (if applicable)
- Knowledge of brands
