Kiddie Academy of Cedar Park West is Hiring an Assistant Director of Enrollment Near Cedar, TX

Job Summary:

Kiddie Academy has an exciting leadership opportunity for an energetic, organized and inspiring educator to join us as the Assistant Director of Enrollment. This position allows you to mesh your experience in early childhood education management with your communications and creative skills to guide a passionate team of childcare professionals who make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in our community every day.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Enrollment Management:

  • Lead Enrollment Process: Take charge of managing the enrollment process for prospective families, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to enrollment completion. Provide guidance and support to families, addressing inquiries and facilitating necessary paperwork.
  • High Capacity Utilization: Strive to maintain high-capacity utilization while meeting enrollment targets set by the preschool. Analyze enrollment data and trends to make informed decisions regarding admissions, waitlists, and class assignments.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various team members, including admissions, administration, and teaching staff, to ensure a cohesive and efficient enrollment process. Coordinate efforts to address any bottlenecks and streamline procedures.

2. Record Keeping and Communication:

  • Maintain Enrollment Records: Maintain accurate and organized records of student enrollment data, including applications, enrollment forms, and tuition payments. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality standards.
  • Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents and families through open and effective communication. Provide regular updates on their child's progress, encourage parent involvement in school activities, and address any concerns or feedback in a timely manner.

3. Community Engagement:

  • Event Organization: Plan and execute events designed to promote a sense of community and support among preschool families. This may include family picnics, parent workshops, and holiday celebrations, fostering connections and strengthening the preschool community.
  • Community Outreach: Develop and execute outreach initiatives to attract potential students and families to the preschool. This involves organizing events, participating in community fairs, and leveraging digital platforms to promote the preschool's unique offerings and educational philosophy.

4. Regulatory Compliance and Support:

  • Licensing Compliance: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with state licensing authorities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and standards. Stay abreast of updates to licensing regulations and facilitate compliance training for staff members as needed.
  • Health and Safety Oversight: Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold a safe and healthy environment for children and staff. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any safety concerns and implement corrective actions as necessary.

5. Additional Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility in Duties: Demonstrate flexibility in duties by assisting teachers in the classroom, accompanying field trips, and fulfilling transportation needs, such as driving the van, as required. Adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to the overall success of the preschool.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must have Bachelor of Arts Degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education and 1 years of experience working in a childcare center as an administrative staff.
  • Must be proficient in Computers, Microsoft Office products, and familiar with different Social Media platforms.
  • Preferred Candidate with experience in sales, marketing, communication, budget management and management experience in Franchise or Corporate Child Care centers.
  • Candidate must meet state minimum requirements for education and experience and clear all background check without any condition from Texas Department of Families and Protective Services.
  • Must be able to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday to at least chest high.
  • Must be available to work anytime between 6:00AM to 7:00PM Monday through Friday and evening/weekend events time to time as necessary.
