Qualifications:

• PATCH Registered GCC Teacher Assistant Teacher, CDA, or 60 hrs college with 9 hrs ECE.
• Experience working with children between the ages of 2-5 .
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Compassionate communication skills to interact with parents, children, and other staff members.
• Ability to create and implement lesson plans and educational activities
• Patience and compassion to work with children who may have different personalities and needs
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to maintain a safe environment for children
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected situations and changes in schedule
• CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children

Job Type: Full-time; Part-time considered.
