Qualifications Include:

• Must have State of Kansas Certification over 100
• Knowledge of High Quality Early Childhood Educational Programs and practical awareness of how they operate
• Thorough knowledge of KDHE regulations regarding childcare centers
• Ability to lead a staff of professional team members
• Understanding of Marketing and growing a business
• Has strong communication skills: Verbal and written
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train potential team members
• Ability to recruit, tour, build rapport, and enroll new families
• Knowledge of children’s physical, emotional, and development patterns
• Evidence of emotional maturity and stability
• Professional in appearance and demeanor
• Computer skills, Cloud Base Management System, Microsoft Office
• Great Work Ethic
