Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to join our team. The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring efficient and effective patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in DENTAL office management, ADA coding, and DENTAL records.

Duties:
- Manage the front office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely scheduling
- Oversee dental billing and collections processes. bill Medi cal claims .
- Ensure accurate coding of dental procedures and diagnoses. Manage AR.
- Maintain and update patient records using electronic patient record.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with insurance verification and authorization processes and eligibility

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a DENTAL office is required
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with dental billing and collection processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
