Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behavior

Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
- Familiarity with toddler care and classroom management techniques
- Ability to create engaging lessons in various subjects, including math and physical education
- Experience working in a daycare or childcare setting is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
