Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in managing daily operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
- Assist with budgeting and financial management processes
- Support the Director in strategic planning initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education Administration, Business Administration)
- Proven experience in a similar role or as an executive assistant
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of educational administration practices is a plus
