Responsibilities:
- Help Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Help Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Implement effective classroom management techniques
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Incorporate play-based learning into daily activities
- Adhere to all licensing regulations and guidelines

Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills
- Experience in nannying, caregiving, or babysitting roles
- Knowledge of first aid procedures for children
- Understanding of early childhood development principles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a babysitting or daycare
