Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities:

  • Creation and monitoring of skill and behavioral programming for set caseload
  • Develop positive behavior support plans
  • Perform case and school consultations as needed
  • Meet with and provide training to parents/caregivers
  • Provide supervision to RBTs enrolled in graduate coursework pursuing BCaBA/BCBA certification
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians on caseload
  • Conduct VB-MAPP and other assessments to develop comprehensive treatment programs
  • Write evaluation and progress reports
  • Maintain authorizations/ relationships with case managers/service coordinators at various funding sources
  • Develops and assists with newly developed clinical needs and initiatives
  • Meet with Directors to ensure quality of care and progress of caseload

Requirements:

  • Must have a current BCBA Certification
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • 2 years previous BCBA Experience (preferred, not required)
  • Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must have your own transportation and auto insurance to travel between clients
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of students with diverse needs
  • Clear and eligible AHCA Level 2 Background and Local Background
  • Possession of a smartphone and computer
  • Capability to travel to multiple destinations on a daily basis
  • Occasional lifting capacity of 25 pounds
  • Competence in using a computer, tablet, and smartphone
  • Position may require standing for extended periods of time
