Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to become the face of KNC media team. The ideal candidate will be a responsible individual who is highly motivated, outgoing, creative, organized, and upbeat.

The content creator will produce engaging, high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, website, blogs, and other digital channels.

The content creator will maintain the KNC social media platforms by following a daily task list, posting deliverables each day, and being the point of contact through any direct messages.

The Content Creator will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies, on a monthly basis,that align with the company's goals and target audience. The content creator will work in alignment with sales goals, inventory, product knowledge, and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

⁃ Content Development: Create compelling, original content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, website pages, and other digital platforms.

⁃ Visual Content: Design graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance written materials.

⁃ Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that drive engagement and growth.

⁃ SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to increase visibility and traffic.

⁃ Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation.

⁃ Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

⁃ Creative Writing: Create compelling, engaging, and relatable captions for each post.

⁃ Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels by posting regular content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.

⁃ Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

⁃ Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.

⁃ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as design, product

⁃ Customer Service: Welcome customers into the store, be a helping hand in terms of product knowledge, use checkout time to form a relationship with the customers, and ensure an unforgettable experience

Experience:

- Sneaker Knowledge

- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role
- Proficiency in SEO best practices
- Knowledge of HTML5 and content management systems
- Graphic design skills are a plus
- Experience with email marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for design projects
- Strong understanding of social media management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
