Description

Provide friendly and courteous customer service.
Exchange customers currency for checks(chips) and deposit paper currency in the proper container (drop box).
Ensure the security of all gaming chips.
Notify Floor Supervisor of any irregularies or disputes.
Assist players in playing to established rules, policies and procedures.
Maitain a constant vigilance of cards, ensuring the security of the games at all times.
Esure wagers are placed before the cards are dealt.
Keep assigned areas clean.
Professional apperance (well groomed).
Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
Adhere to all approved policies and procedures.
Knowledge of the application and completion of SAR (suspicious activity report).
Policies and Procendure for Table Games Department.
Progressive discipline procedure for attendance. and other violations.
