MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE IN FOOD/BEVERAGE - MANUFACTURING REQUIRED!

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of fulltime hourly maintenance personnel
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
• Report directly to the facility Maintenance Manager
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Develop and manage departmental budgets
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance and downtime to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and minimize downtime
• Provide technical support to maintenance personnel as needed
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of maintenance personnel

Requirements:

• 2 years' of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within a high speed/high volume/highly automated manufacturing environment
• Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Strong knowledge of PLC's (troubleshooting)
• Experience working with CapEx projects.
• Experience with maintenance scheduling and planning software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
