Kia Of San Angelo is looking for a receptionist and is looking to make an immediate hire! We depend on our receptionist team to make a great first impression on every customer who walks through our door!

REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to follow instructions without much supervision
High level of phone manners and office etiquette
Must be able to handle a busy, multi-line phone system
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
Intermediate computer skills in MS Office suite
Must be reliable, hard-working, honest, and have an incredible attendance record
Great attitude, welcoming personality, and ability to promote a positive work environment
Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
This is an entry-level position, so we are willing to train the right person!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and transfer multiple phone calls
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail efficiently, including USPS and FedEx
Send outgoing mail to the correct locations
Record information using computer software such as Word and Excel
Assist all departments with various administrative tasks as necessary
Other duties as assigned
