Body Shop Manager Expectations:

· Provide world class customer service

· Maintain and grown our direct repair relationships

· Continue to grow the business

· Work closely with technicians to efficiently complete work as promised

· Maintain a clean work environment

· Make sure staff is trained and licensed per state and manufacture requirements

· Work closely with service manager to ensure no recalls are missed in body shop repairs

· Work closely with parts to ensure correct parts are being ordered to reduce obsolesce in parts inventory

· Control expenses
