We are seeking a strong, hands-on person to assist in handling the day-to-day operations of the dealership’s accounting systems and to perform general office duties. Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

Responsibilities - Bookkeeper Assistant:

Bill Out & Close Wholesale Deals
Bill Out & Close Dealer Swaps
Cashiering
Bank Deposits
Scan DMV Documents & Upload
Post DMV Fees
Manage Shipping & Overnighting Contracts
Assist in Answering Phones & Paging
Filing and Organizing

Qualifications – Bookkeeper Assistant:

General office, clerical, and telephone experience is preferred
Computer literacy / Excel helpful
Good communication skills
Dependable
A positive attitude and a professional appearance
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage

Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
