KIA OF BEDFORD is Hiring a Title Clerk Near Bedford, OH

About us

Car dealership business in Bedford, OH. We are professional, customer-centric and challenging. We process about 200-500 titles per month.

Our work environment includes:

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and assist with any inquiries or concerns
- Review and process title documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements

- Process title work in a timley manner - 30 days or less

-Organize and report weekly title lists with notes on all current open title issues
- Prepare and maintain title files, including organizing and filing documents
- Coordinate with other departments and external parties to resolve any title-related issues

-Coordinate all warranty paperwork and refunds to customer for all finance cancellations.

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate record keeping
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
