Finance takes pride in its culture of trust, communication, partnership, continuous improvement, and personal & professional development is seeking a like-minded individual to join its team.In this role, special emphasis will be placed on monitoring and reporting on the financial results of KI's manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include: Utilize business insight to impact, influence and support business partners across the organization Maintenance of purchased part costs Development and analysis of labor and overhead rates Oversight of cycle count program Reconcile general ledger to perpetual inventory system Prepare and/or review gross margin reports Perform manufacturing and product gross margin analysis Prepare and analyze recurring accruals, work paper preparation, consolidated results and footnote disclosure Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel), accounting software (MRP/ERP), query and data analysis tools (Showcase/Stratum) Ability to communicate various levels within the organization Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines An aptitude for critical, strategic, and creative thinking
