The Production Coordinator position is an intermediate leadership position responsible for operations of an assembly area.
In this role the Production Coordinator leads, motivates, and supports team members to achieve targets, maintain quality standards and ensures a safe working environment.
The Production Coordinator works closely with Production Technicians, Lean Process Managers, Operations Managers, and Engineers as needed.
