Looking for a full/part time dental front desk receptionist with at least one year experience to join our growing team/family that is located in a beautiful new dental space!!!

Office Hours : M 9-7, T 8-5, W 8-6, TH 7:30-4:30, F or S 8-12 (alternating)

• Pay is based on dental experience.
• Familiarity with dental office systems such as Eaglesoft or Dental Intelligence
• Present treatment plan.
• Schedule doctor/hygiene appointments.
• Answer phones.
• Check out patients and collect dues.
• Prepare next day schedule.
• Discuss and set upcoming appointment(s) with patients – both hygiene and restorative
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

The Dental Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients have a positive experience from the moment they enter the office. By managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service, the Dental Receptionist contributes to the overall efficiency and success of the dental practice. If you have previous experience in a dental or medical setting, possess strong organizational skills, and have excellent communication abilities, we encourage you to apply for this position.
