Job Overview:
Growing workers compensation applicant's attorney firm is looking to hire an attorney to join our team. Minimum 5 years of experience in worker's compensation law firm either on applicant or defense side is required. Ideal candidate to be able to handle cases A to Z with minimum or no supervision. Pay includes a negotiable base salary plus 10% bonus from settlements from the cases assigned to the attorney for the first 90 days probation period and after probation period 15% bonus from settlements from assigned cases plus 25% referral fees from bringing new clients to the firm.
