- Maintains data integrity for existing item data.
- Provides excellent customer service by accurately responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolves invoice and purchase order discrepancies related to cost and makes the necessary updates in the ERP system.
- Interfaces with multiple departments related to system data entry and maintenance.
- Processes Service Request requirements.
- Responsible for utilizing ERP System, SharePoint, Excel, Access and other systems/software as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
