Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential roofing projects through various channels, including cold sales, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and provide accurate estimates for roofing repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders in the roofing industry.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, products, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
