ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst in Fenton, MO. Summary: This role is ideal for an individual with strong financial analysis and business acumen skills to lead the updating and development of a consumer loyalty program financial business case on behalf of our client. This role is instrumental in delivering high-impact financial modeling and analyses that will inform the overall loyalty program design. The role may also support additional loyalty program and incentive program performance and financial analysis including standardizing a loyalty financial analysis approach and methods to deliver to multiple clients. This role works with a wide variety of Company team members and has direct interaction with sponsoring client and the client's internal stakeholders including finance and accounting. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analyst will lead the development of a client loyalty program business case, bringing existing strong ROI analysis and loyalty mechanics (engagement, lifetime value, breakage, etc.) understanding to the team and client
  • Conduct comprehensive customer analysis as needed to inform the business case - including current program activity, customer engagement and financial impact
  • Incorporate and share emerging approaches impacting customer loyalty and engagement as related to financial modeling and business case development
  • As a Financial Analyst, you will coach and consult the client and internal loyalty management team on managing loyalty currency and/or a loyalty program P&L from a client perspective
  • Work with the client's finance & accounting teams and internal decision sciences team to understand program and client metrics to support the business case development and be able to present the business case to key client stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree highly preferred) in Finance, Business Analytics, or similar
  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Strong financial analysis, ROI modelling and business case development skills (in the context of Loyalty and Rewards Programs highly preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under aggressive timelines and work creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
  • Loyalty industry knowledge and understanding specifically in the area of loyalty program financial performance and benefit/cost projections
  • Ability to collaborate, consult and present at various levels of brand organization and various stakeholders across the brand enterprise
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
