RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client located between South Haven and Kalamazoo, MI is searching for their next CIO to lead their technology team and assume strategic leadership and operational responsibility for their IT, MIS, and EHR Training and Support Departments.
This individual will be a member of the executive team and joins other organizational leaders in the continuous pursuit of The Triple Aime and an aligned workforce.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possesses a thorough understanding of theory and practices of health care operations, HIT, Business Intelligence, and data warehouse technology typically acquired through completion of a Master's degree program or a Bachelor's degree with extensive leadership experience in a professional healthcare environment
• Healthcare leadership experience is required
• Ability to develop and maintain a working knowledge of federal expectations, accreditation standards, HIPAA, and other applicable rules and regulations
• Understands and consistently supports the uniform implementation of adopted policies and procedures in assigned areas
• Possesses excellent cross cultural communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally to clients, perspective employees, vendors, business associates and staff members at all levels
• Experience partnering with Providers on a daily basis is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
