Kforce has a client that is seeking a E-Billing Specialist in North Birmingham, AL.Summary : As a member of the Accounting Department, the Electronic Billing (E-Billing) Specialist will assist with the submission of client bills, answers billing inquiries and assists in the monitoring and follow-up of related billing functions.Essential Functions :

E-Billing Specialist will submit invoices through the e-billing system and documenting progress within the Client e-billing portal;

Manage uploading EDI invoicing

• Monitor e-billing daily for new invoices and rejections
• Monitor shared mailbox and distribute emails as needed
• Ensures successful submissions of e-billed clients and assist with the resolution of any rejections
• Executes, handles, and processes a high volume of complex bills via various e-billing websites
• As a E-Billing Specialist, you will ensure timely invoice submission to clients based on agreed upon timelines
• Researches, reconciles, and reviews e-billing uploads for accuracy
• Collaborates with Operations to address and resubmit invoices as appropriate to e-billing clients
• Assist AR Specialists, Client Relations, and clients with day-to-day e-billing questions and concerns

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in handling billing / e-billing within the service industry
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced) and data entry required
• Organized, high attention to detail; Proactive, self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation
• Candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision; Have a can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to handle and process a high volume of electronic bills per month
• Ability to anticipate work needs; Proactive in identifying E-billing / Accounting issues and providing solutions
• Ability to pick up new systems and software quickly
• Experience with EDI billing portals such as Corrigo, Coupa, Taulia, & Ariba is desired

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
